Azerbaijan records 2,372 new COVID cases, 19 deaths

Azerbaijan has recorded 2,372 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 4,616 people recovered from the infection, and 19 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 777,804 cases of infection, 742,326 recoveries, and 9,280 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 26,198 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 6,501,358 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 10,318 today.
