Azerbaijan discloses number of vaccinated people

A total of 18 vaccine shots were made against coronavirus in Azerbaijan on January 31, Report informs, citing the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.

No one got their first jab today, while 5 people got their second dose of the vaccine. Some 13 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 12,000,767 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the people in Azerbaijan. Of this, 5,230,388 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,742,174 got both doses.

As of today, 2,028,205 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.
