Azerbaijan confirms 1 new COVID-19 case

Azerbaijan has recorded 1 new coronavirus case over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Overall, the country has reported 831,978 cases of infection, 821,670 recoveries, and 10,288 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 20 people are receiving treatment.

Over the past day, 659 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,654,889 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.

As many as 19 people were vaccinated in the country during the past day.

The total number of vaccines administered in Azerbaijan so far was 13,968,026.
