Vladimir Putin to visit Turkey

Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a visit to Turkey, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said as he returned from a meeting with his Russian counterpart.
Erdogan said he wanted Putin to visit Turkey and received a positive response to the offer: "In addition, I proposed to hold a meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Turkey by the end of the year, and he accepted."
