Tokayev instructs defense minister to prioritize air defense development

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the country's Minister of Defense Dauren Kosanov to ensure an increase in the level of the army's combat potential, Report informs with reference to the president's office.
During a meeting with Kosanov, Tokayev also paid special attention to the development of air defense, territorial troops, unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) units, and military infrastructure.
