Baku. 26 February. REPORT.AZ/ "All differences between Azerbaijan and Armenia should be resolved peacefully on the basis of a true assessment of the events that have occurred." Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy Lyudmila Kozlova said.
“The feeling of pain is inexplicable. There is not a single person on earth who could applaud at such crimes in Khojaly,” Kozlova said.
"Not only Azerbaijanis but also the people of other nationalities died on this land. We have to tell the truth to prevent repetition of such cases elsewhere in the world," the deputy chairman of the committee said.
