Russia will hold constitutional reform vote on July 1.
Russian Embassy has set up a polling station for citizens living in Azerbaijan to cast votes.
Under the election commission's relevant decision, voting will take place in that polling station on June 25, 26, 29, 30, from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm. Visitors are required to follow quarantine rules, such as wearing masks, keeping the social distance.
Russia is set to hold a July 1 referendum that could see President Vladimir Putin stay in power until 2036.
The vote will be over whether to accept constitution changes that would allow Putin to run for another two presidential terms.
The proposed changes to the country's 1993 constitution were revealed in January and backed by Russia's parliament, the State Duma, in March.
