Armenia should clearly announce what it wants, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said speaking at a meeting with a delegation, which includes officials of the European Union and a number of Eastern Partnership member states, led by Special Envoy of the European Union for the Eastern Partnership Dirk Schuebel.
"If they want to talk about the rights and security of Armenians in Karabakh, it will not work. We are ready to talk about it with the Armenians living in Karabakh, but not the people sent by Moscow with money stolen from the Russian people in their pockets. Not with people like Vardanyan, who has billions of money. He was sent there from Moscow with a very clear agenda," the head of state said.
