President of North Macedonia: UN was created according to political ambitions of past era

The United Nations was created in line with the political ambitions of an era that is long behind, President of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova said during a panel discussion at the 12th Global Baku Forum.

"It is extremely difficult to imagine the creation of the United Nations in 2025 based on the ambitious goals of 1945. Why is that? The organization was created for an era that is long gone. It was designed to carry out less complex tasks with more predictable outcomes," she said.
