Peter Szijjarto: Azerbaijan - strategic partner of Hungary

Azerbaijan is a target country, our strategic partner, where excellent conditions have been created for the activities of Hungarian companies, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto wrote on his Facebook page, Report informs.

“Despite the global economic difficulties, Hungary’s export performance has been excellent in recent years. Our exports are 34th in the world rankings, although we are 95th in terms of population.”

However, the difficult economic conditions of the past period have clearly shown that in many cases export growth can be achieved by establishing production in the country where the products are delivered.

“Azerbaijan is also one of these target countries, our strategic partner, relations with which are based on mutual respect. Therefore, Hungarian companies are always provided with excellent conditions for activities here,” reads the publication.
