Luc Francis Carole: ‘We must raise the issue of neocolonialism at the level of UN’

We must raise the issue of neocolonialism at the level of the UN, Luc Francis Carole, the representative of the Martinique Freedom Party, told journalists at the international conference on "Neocolonialism: violation of human rights and injustice" held in Baku, Report informs.

According to him, Azerbaijan took action when many countries were silent: "I thank Azerbaijan for this. We should use Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement. We should continue our work and raise this issue at the level of the UN."

Luc Francis Carole said that there is a need to prepare future steps: "We need to prepare a work plan. If we are united, we can do more. We need a big brother, a brother who supports us wholeheartedly."
