Japan Embassy honors memory of all martyrs of Black January tragedy

"Today, January 20, is the National Day of Mourning," the Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Azerbaijan said on Facebook.

"It is with the deep sorrow that the Embassy of Japan in the Republic of Azerbaijan honors the memory of all the martyrs who died on January 20, 1990," the Embassy said.
