Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland refused to answer the provocative question about Azerbaijan.
Western European Bureau of Report News Agency informs that Pieter Omtzigt, member of the Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in the Netherlands, asked a provocative question about Azerbaijan to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
Jagland said that the Dutch parliamentarian appealed to him with such a question for the third time: "I have answered this question twice. And now I'm not going to answer this question, since it is unnecessary”.
