Hulusi Akar: ‘Turkiye stands by Azerbaijan’

Turkiye stands by Azerbaijan today, as it always does, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said during a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov on September 13.
According to Report, the minister expressed his condolences on the death of Azerbaijani servicemen due to the Armenian provocation and wished recovery to the wounded.
