Former Ecuadorian FM calls for global solidarity for dignified life for all peoples

Former Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Luis Gallegos called on civil societies from around the world to show solidarity in ensuring a dignified life for all peoples, Report informs.

Gallegos made this appeal at the founding conference of the Global South NGO Platform in Baku.

According to him, all societies must unite to build a sustainable world order.

"Efforts are needed so that all peoples can live with dignity. This requires unity. It is important to ensure well-being for everyone," he stated.

Gallegos also drew attention to the fact that currently more than 60 armed conflicts continue in the world. "It's time to stop these negative processes and ensure justice, transparency, and protection of human rights," he concluded.
