Survey: EU recognized as most reliable international organization in Azerbaijan

The EU has been recognized as the most reliable international organization in Azerbaijan.

Report informs, this follows from the EU Neighbors east survey conducted in Azerbaijan.

The results of the survey were presented today in Baku by the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Kestutis Jankauskas.

According to the survey, 35% of respondents said that the European Union was the most credible.

In addition, 25% of respondents trust the UN, 20% - NATO.

During the presentation, the Ambassador noted that the EU remains the largest trade partner of Azerbaijan. He recalled that at present Azerbaijan and the European Union are at the final stage of negotiations on a new partnership agreement, and negotiations are continuing on aviation agreement. 

Last year, Azerbaijan and the EU also  launched a new dialogue on security and transport.
