Azerbaijani FM spokesman appointed ambassador to Ethiopia

Baku. 19 September. REPORT.AZ/ President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on giving the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the second degree to Elman Abdullayev Telman. Report informs, according to President’s another decree Elman Abdullayev was appointed ambassador to Ethiopia.
E.Abdullayev was the head of Foreign Affairs’ press service.
