Azerbaijan's permanent representative speaks at opening of BWC's Ninth Review Conference

Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan has delivered speech at the opening of the Ninth Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), Azerbaijan's permanent representation in UN and other international organizations in Geneva said on Twitter.

"Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ambassador Galib Israfilov is delivering a statement of behalf of the Group of NAM and other States Parties to the BWC during the general debate at the opening of BWC Ninth Review Conference," the post reads.
