South American Cup final postponed due to plane crash in Colombia

Baku. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) suspended all international competitions under its auspices, including the finals of the South American Cup, until further notice. Report informs it was said on the website of the organization.

This decision was made in connection with the plane crash in Colombia, in which players of the Brazilian team 'Chapecoense' killed among the other passengers.

The aircraft was carrying members of the Chapecoense Real soccer team, based in southern Brazil, for the finals of the Copa Sudamerica against Atletico Nacional of Medellin.

One of the survivors of the crash appeared footballer of Chapecoense Alan Rushel.

In total, according to preliminary data, six survivors found on site of the crash.
