Qarabag comments on Copenhagen's complaint against Maxim Medvedev

Baku. 17 August. REPORT.AZ/ " It is Copenhagen’s right to complain to UEFA against Maxim Medvedev".

Report informs, Executive Director of Qarabag football club Emrah Çelikel said commenting on complaint of Danish representative Copenhagen against Maxim Medvedev after the first match of the UEFA play-off round.

According to club's official, the claim that allegedly Medvedev had Intentionally hit Pierre Bengtsson on the 20th minute of the meeting in Baku is groundless and UEFA not seem to give positive response to the opponent's complaint: "It was usual game episode in the fight for the ball. I do not think UEFA will punish our footballer. If this happens, we will make an appeal either”.

Notably, UEFA will announce its decision on Copenhagen's complaint today.
