Head coach of Turkish national team calls Azerbaijan favorite to win minifootbal World Cup

The head coach of the Turkish national minifootball team, Durul Tug, called the Azerbaijani team his main favorite to win the WMF World Cup in Baku.

"My main favorite is the Azerbaijani team. These fans and the team deserve to become champions. The Serbian and Romanian teams are also among the favorites," Tug said in a statement to Report.

The specialist also assessed the performance of his team: "We are a young team, we will work hard to achieve better results in the future. We are aware of our shortcomings and participation in the championship in Baku was a great experience," he said.

The Turkish team was eliminated from the tournament after losing to England 0:3 in the last third round of the group stage at the World Cup.
