AFFA suspends appointment of head coach

The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) has drawn up the list of candidates for the head coach of the national team.

The Executive Committee discussed the list on January 28, Report says, citing the official website of the AFFA.

However, the Association suspended the talks with the candidates as domestic and international football tournaments were postponed indefinitely, and the schedule of competitions is still unknown due to the COVD-19 pandemic spreading across the world.

Official information on the appointment of the head coach of the Azerbaijani national squad will be posted on affa.az.
