Shares of cement-selling company to be auctioned

On January 26, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) CJSC will host an auction for the placement of ordinary, uncertificated, registered shares of Konstromat OJSC, which sells products of the Norm cement plant in Azerbaijan, in the amount of 196,000 manats ($115,159), Report informs, citing BSE.

According to the decision of the BSE Listing Committee, 19,600 shares with a par value of 10 manats ($5.87) each were included in the standard segment of the market. The securities will be placed through a public offering. The underwriter of is Invest-Az Investment Company.

If the placement takes place, the company's authorized capital will be increased from 4,000 ($2,350) to 200,000 manats ($117,503).
