Road tax revenues in Azerbaijan exceeded forecast by 9%

In 2023, road tax revenues in Azerbaijan amounted to 137.3 million manats ($80.71 million) against the forecast of 125.9 million manats ($74.01 million), which is 11.4 million manats ($6.7 million) or 9.1% more year-on-year, Report informs, citing the bill "On the implementation of the state budget for 2023".

According to the information, the share of domestic transactions in excise tax revenues was 94.5 million manats ($55.55 million) against the forecast of 85.9 million manats ($50.49 million), 8.6 million manats ($5.05 million) or 10% more year-on-year. The share of customs authorities was 40 million manats ($23.51 million) against the forecast of 42.8 million manats ($25.15 million), which is 2.8 million manats ($1.64 million) or 7% more year-on-year.
