Over 1,800 LLCs created in Azerbaijan via new registration method

A total of 1,848 limited liability companies (LLCs) with local investments were registered in 2022 using the new registration method (passport PIN + mobile phone number), which is 32 companies or 1.8% more than in 2021, Report informs, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

About 11.7% of all registrations and 15.2% of the registrations of LLCs with local investments were carried out using the new method.

Overall, 83.9% of electronic registration applications processed in 2022 were submitted using Asan İmza's electronic signature.
