New appointment in Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) top management

Baku. 7 February. REPORT.AZ/ New appointment was made in Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) top management.

Director of risk and monitoring department of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) Vadim Klimenko has been elected a member of the bank's Board of Directors. He will be responsible for risk management and non-performing loans.

Vadim Klimenko graduated from the international economic relations in State University of Economy and business management in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. He continues his education in Executive MBA program of University of Chicago.

He was working as head of finance and risk management department in one of largest banks of Azerbaijan since 2005 and was appointed as head of risk and monitoring department of Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) in 2016.

Notably, Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) was founded in 2009 on the basis of AF Bank OJSC having operated since 2003. Its authorized stock capital is 50 815 mln AZN. Bank's shareholders are Bank VTB OJSC (Russia) – 51%, AtaHolding LC – 48.99%, Deputy Chairman of Observation Council of mentioned holding Ashraf Kamilov – 0.01%.
