Net foreign assets of Azerbaijani banks down by 5%

As of July 1, 2021, the net foreign assets of Azerbaijani banks amounted to over 18.285 billion manats ($10.75 billion).
Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, that this figure is 5% more than on June 1, 2.8% more than at the beginning of the year, and 9.2% more than a year ago.
At the end of June, banks' net domestic assets amounted to 12.008 billion manats ($7.063 billion), which is 7.2% more than at the end of May, 15.8% more than at the beginning of the year, and 26.9% more in annual comparison.
