Moscow Stock Exchange launches operations in Turkish lira

Baku. 30 January. REPORT.AZ/ Moscow Stock Exchange launches operations with Turkish lira and on the first day a transaction was carried out at 1,5 mln. rubles ($ 26,790).
Report informs citing the Bloomberg, the managing director for FX and money markets at the Moscow Exchange Igor Marich believes, development of financial instruments in the Forex market created new opportunities for businessmen from Russia and Turkey.
"The volume of foreign trade turnover between Russia and Turkey increased by 40% in 2017 and reached $ 20 billion.
Development of mutual exchange of rubles and lira in the currency market will increase their role", Marich said.
