Mortgage lending through state line in Azerbaijan more than 75%

In January-July this year, mortgage loans worth 230.5 million manats were issued through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
This is 74,9% more than in the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the amount of loans refinanced by the Fund increased by almost 5.2 times and amounted to 182.3 million manats. The money raised by the Fund through the issue of bonds remained unchanged, amounting to 105 million manats, and the funds allocated from the state budget to the Fund decreased by four times and amounted to 35.6 million manats.
