Ministry of Finance places bonds of 20 mln AZN

Baku. 6 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has held an auction on placement of state medium-term bonds of 20 mln AZN of the Ministry of Finance with ISIN number AZ0106004648 and turnover period of 1,092 days.

Report informs citing the BSE, 7 investors submitted 13 orders worth 86.5422 AZN (18%) - 102.4977 AZN (11%).

According to decision of the Ministry of Finance, cut-off price of the bonds determined at 100 AZN (12%), weighted average price 100.9205 AZN (11,6277%). Total amount of orders at the nominal price is 55,351,400 and the placed amount is 20 mln AZN.

Maturity date of securities is December 1, 2020. Auction participants must carry out their obligations on buying bonds not later than today.
