AXA-Mbask increases authorized capital

Baku. 2 September. REPORT.AZ/ Prospectus of ordinary registered shares of AXA-Mbask approved. Report was told in State Securities Committee.
According to the information 7,854 ordinary registered shares, each with par value of 382 AZN, placed through public subscription approved.
Shares of the total amount of 3,000,228 manats have state number AZ1002003692.
After the full placement of the additional issue of shares, authorized capital of the company increased by 18%, to 19.7 million manats.
