'Finex Kredit' expanding branch network

Baku. 9 January. REPORT.AZ/ 'Finex Kredit' OJSC non-bank credit institution (NBCI) has opened its first branch in Baku.

Report informs, the new branch is located in 20 Yanvar Street, 1, Nasimi district, Baku (so-called "Shamakhinka").

So, number of the NBCI branches across the country reached 4. Currently, 'Finex Credit' is represented in Ganja city as well as in Zagatala and Gabala districts.

Notably, 'Finex Kredit' was founded in 2013 and included in Finex Group. Its authorized capital is 600 000 AZN. 73.3% of the NBCI shares owned by Finance Leasing OJSC, 14.4% by Sevda Jabrayil Ibrahimova, 12.3% by Mobil Famil Sharifov (10% shareholder of Finance Leasing).
