Contributions to reserve funds down in Azerbaijan

The amount to be allocated for contributions to reserve funds will make 410 million manats ($241.18 million) or 1.1% of Azerbaijan’s state budget expenditures in 2024, Report informs, citing the country’s Finance Ministry.
The ministry noted that this is 2.3% less than the approved forecast for 2023.
The volume of funds in the President's Reserve Fund will again amount to 300 million manats ($176.47 million), and the budget reserve fund will be 110 million manats - 7.95% less year-on-year.
In 2024, budget revenues will amount to 34.173 billion manats ($20.1 billion), and budget expenses will amount to $36.763 billion manats ($21.6 billion).
