CBA chairman: SOFAZ reserves reached $140 million

“Currency market is now balanced. We observed an increase in demand for both cash and non-cash currency only in January,” said the head of Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov.
“But then the stability was restored. SOFAZ saved up to $ 140 million in sales. The CBA does not currently receive currency from the market,” he added.
