Bitcoin price exceeds $ 4,600

Baku. 30 August. REPORT.AZ/ The price of bitcoin is breaking records. For the day, the quotations of the crypto-currencies soared by 6%, updating a new historical high at $ 4600.

Report informs citing the Vestifinance.ru, mainly due to the active search by investors in Japan and South Korea, the demand for bitcoin has sharply increased. As a result, the capitalization of 853 crypto-currencies registered in Coinmarket system exceeded 160 bln USD.

The capitalization of 11 of these crypto-currencies is over $ 1 bln. Of course, crypto-currency with the highest capitalization is bitcoin. The total cost of bitcoins is $ 73.735 bln, Etherium - $ 34.067 blnn and Bitcoin Cash - $ 9.612 bln.

In addition, "Ripple", IOTA, "Litecoin", NEM, "Dash", NEO, "Etherium Classic" and "Monero" are among the 11 major digital currencies.

Notably, last week Ripple increased by 47%, NEO - 23%, Etherium Classic - 10%.
