Bitcoin rises above $18,000 for first time since December 14

Bitcoin price rose by 4.7% on January 12, slightly exceeding $18,200, Report informs referring to the trading data of the Binance exchange.
According to the CoinMarketCap portal, which calculates the average price for more than 20 exchanges, the cost of Bitcoin grew by 4.62% - also on average to $18,220.
The price of Bitcoin rose to this mark for the first time since December 14.
