BakuBus to increase authorized capital

BakuBus LLC of the Baku Transport Agency (BTA) has ended the request for quotation for the audit of the financial statement of the LLC for 2019 in accordance with the international standards and issue of auditor’s opinion for an increase in the authorized capital.

Report informs that eth winner of the request is Nexia EA CJSC.

The winner will be paid AZN 17,700.

Baku Bus LLC was formed under Baku City Executive Power with the decision of Cabinet of Ministers April 3, 2014. Upon the decree of President dated July 6, 2018, the LLC started to operate under the BTA. Currently, the authorized capital is AZN 30 million. The company provides passenger transportations in Baku.
