Azerbaijani banks' net foreign assets fall

As of May 1, the Azerbaijani banks' net foreign assets amounted to AZN 19,017.1 million, showing a 0.4% growth in comparison to a month earlier.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), this figure is 1.1% more than the beginning of the year, and 6.8% than last year.
As of the end of April, the banks' net domestic assets were AZN 10,736.8 million, up 5.3% from March, 26.4% from a year earlier, and 3.5% from the beginning of the year.
