Azerbaijan sees 67% increase in non-cash transactions

From January through September 2021, the non-cash transactions reached 7.218 billion manats ($4.24 billion) in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
According to the bank, this figure is 67% higher than in the same period last year.
E-commerce accounted for 3.988 billion manats ($2.34 billion)of 9-month non-cash payments.
Of the remaining amount, 2.771 billion manats ($1.63 billion) were fell to the share of POS terminals, and ATMs accounted for 455 million manats ($267.64 million).
