“Our foreign currency reserves have grown although last year we had big expenses, especially in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with local TV channels on January 12.
"In other regions of the country, the investment program has been fully implemented. Despite this, our foreign exchange reserves have grown by $2.5 billion," the president said.
