Azerbaijan’s debt to EBRD declines by more than 13%

As of July 1, 2025, Azerbaijan’s external debt owed to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) stands at $232.8 million.
The Ministry of Finance told Report that compared to the same period last year, Azerbaijan’s external debt to the EBRD has decreased by 13.2%.
According to the information, the bank’s share accounts for 4.6% of Azerbaijan’s total external public debt, which amounted to $5.01 billion at the beginning of July.
