Azerbaijan may expand list of VAT exempt transactions

Baku. 2 November. REPORT.AZ/ Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan recommends to relate raw export operations to VAT exempt transactions.
Report informs citing recommendations by the Chamber of Accounts based on conducted analysis.
Unlike zero-rated VAT transactions under tax legislation, the Chamber recommends approving the relevant list by the Cabinet of Minister for taxpayers conducting VAT exempt transactions.
Another recommendation relates to the payment of property tax on commercial property of physical persons to the state budget, referring to state taxes.
