Baku. 25 October. REPORT.AZ/ A new appointment was made in the "Ata Sigorta" OJSC.
Report informs, Rashad Aliyev elected independent member of Board of Directors.
Notably, the number of persons represented in the Board of Directors has reached 3. Chairman of the Board of Directors is Adigozal Aghayev, and Rashad Rasul is a member of the Board of Directors.
Notably, "Ata Sigorta" has been operating since 2004 and it is part of AtaHolding LLC. It has charter capital of 12.4 million. AZN. The company's shares are 100% owned by the holding.
