AMF’s bonds worth 15 mln AZN registered

Baku. 12 April. REPORT.AZ/ The Financial Market Supervision Authority (FIMSA) has registered new bond emission by "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" OJSC.
Report was told in the FIMSA.
According to information, emission envisages approval of basic emission prospect of 15 thousand ordinary interest-bearing, unsecured mortgage bonds at par value AZN 1000.
The securities will be placed by public subscription.
