Ambassador: Projects of Turkic world to contribute to development of non-oil sector in Azerbaijan

The projects of the Turkic world will contribute to the development of the non-oil sector in Azerbaijan, the Ambassador of Türkiye to Azerbaijan, Cahit Bagci, told an event themed "Familiarization with the Turkish technology market," Report informs.

According to the ambassador, the presentation of 19 Turkish companies in the field of technology in Azerbaijan today, the opening of another center of Information Valley, which was opened in Azerbaijan last year, and the InMerge Innovation Summit, which was held last week, are priceless in terms of further expansion of cooperation in the technology sector of Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

Bagci said that Türkiye and Azerbaijan will cooperate in the oil and gas sector as well as in the technology and ICT sector: "This cooperation will be very useful for both countries. We are pleased with the contributions of Azerbaijan to the ecosystem in the ICT sector in recent years."
