Volume of BTC oil transported through Türkiye in 2023 up 6% YoY

In January-August 2023, 152.59 million barrels of oil were transported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline through Türkiye, Report reports with reference to the Turkish pipeline operator BOTAŞ.
This figure is 8.515 million barrels, or 5.9% more year-on-year.
In August 2023, 19.181 million barrels of oil were transported via the BTC through Türkiye. According to BOTAŞ, this is 740,000 barrels, or 4.01% more year-on-year.
