STAR Refinery posts 14% decline in diesel production

STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced about 561,219 tons of diesel in June 2023, up 66,366 tons, or 14.1%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In the reporting period, a total of nearly 1,299,848 tons of diesel were produced by the Turkish refineries, 135,419 tons, or 9.43%, less than in June 2022.
