Volume of aviation fuel production at STAR oil refinery disclosed

In December 2024, the STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced about 22,107 tons of kerosene fuel (aviation fuel) for jet engines, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).

This is 95,829 tons or 5.3 times less than in December 2023.

In total, in December last year, more than 348,282 tons of jet fuel were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye, which is 161,652 tons or 31.7% less than in December 2023.
