SOCAR: Security measures strengthened due to sudden changes in weather

Due to sudden changes in weather conditions leading to windy and unstable weather in the country, safety measures have been strengthened at the production areas of the Azneft Production Association of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Report informs, citing SOCAR.

It was stated that the performance of hazardous work has been restricted, and appropriate measures have been taken to protect human health following labor standards.

In addition, awareness-raising activities are being carried out in all areas, evacuations have been carried out from a number of production areas located at sea, and the current situation is being monitored.
