Bursagaz holds its first meeting

After acquisition by SOCAR, Bursagaz Management Board held its first meeting at SOCAR Turkey’s building, Report informs citing SOCAR Turkey.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of SOCAR Turkey Vagif Aliyev, CEO Zaur Gahramanov, head of Bursa Municipality Alinur Aktash and head of SOCAR Turkiye Dogalgaz Yatirim A.S Gunther Seymus.

On June 17, SOCAR Turkey completed the acquisition of Bursagaz, Kayserigaz, Enervis, EWE Energy and Millenicom.

SOCAR Turkey Energy A.S. established SOCAR Turkiye Dogal Gas Yatirim AS to manage the companies bought from Germany’s EWE company.
